• This is an optional add on service to the Companion SOS Watch subscription plan

• Emergency SOS telephone calls, raised from the Companion SOS Watch will ONLY be handled by our experienced, UK based, 24/7 personal alarm call monitoring centre

• This service runs per calendar month and can be cancelled or changed at any time.

Call Monitoring plan includes:

• unlimited emergency SOS telephone calls from the watch to the call centre

• If required the call centre will organise emergency response services (e.g. Ambulance) and inform the family support network.

• On placing an order (for the Emergency call receiving service) we will contact you to discuss your  requirements and service setup detail.
