A new Companion SOS watch is included with each watch order.
Monthly subscription service
Companion watches require a monthly subscription service to work.
Subscription includes:
Roaming mobile network connected sim for UK & most of Europe*
Your own dedicated Companion Advisor will help you every step of the way, including a 1-2-1 Getting Started call and unlimited on-going support.
Up to 8 support contacts are included in the triaged SOS telephone call.
Unlimited watch alerts and emergency SOS telephone calls
Free like for like replacements in the event of faulty watch or charger
Free, automatic updates to security and feature upgrades
Subscription changes:
Simply contact your Companion Advisor if you wish to change your payment method or if you wish to cancel the service and subscription.
