This competition is open to those over the age of 18 and residents of the United Kingdom & Republic of Ireland.
The winning entry is picked randomly. Each competition entry is assigned a random number and the winning entry number is picked using a random number generator.
We will notify the winner via email within 2 days of the closing date of the competition.
If you change your contact detail prior to the closing date, you must inform us. We will try to contact you using the information you have supplied us with. If we cannot reach you within 7 days of the closing date we reserve the right to choose another winner and you will lose your right to claim the prize.

the winner can choose a Companion Watch from the Companion website on-line shop.
not refundable, in whole or in part.
not combined with any other offer, promotional code, coupon or discount, separated, transferred, sold, or bartered.

3. This competition includes a 6 month service subscription which will:

be applied to your account, automatically, on delivery of the watch
After the 6 month period, we will offer the winner an option to join the companion subscription service (subscription charges apply).

4. Companion Technology Ltd, in its sole discretion, may disqualify your entry for any suspected abuse of this competition.

5. Companion Watches use mobile network technology to communicate, the quality of the signal is not garrenteed and we recommend you use our Postcode check service to ensure a Companion Watch will work in your area.
