Health check for your watch

You need to be reassured that your watch will work in an Emergancy.
Thats why Companion Watches carry out frequent network health checks to ensure they remain connected to the network.
SOS watch:
An alert is raised to the primary support contact, if the watch misses a 24 hour check-in (network connection check). Furthermore, after 48 hours of missed checks then your Companion Advisor will be in touch to diagnose what might be wrong.
WELLBEING watch:
If the watch misses a 6 hour check-in (network connection check) an alert is raised to 1 or more of the support contacts.
